Notice
All permit applications must be approved by the City Planning Department and the City Engineering Department, prior to submitting these applications to the City Building Department.

Payment
All permits are paid for at the end of the review process prior to issuing of the permit. However, some specific types of permits have application fees. Instructions for paying this fee is located in the application process for that permit.

- Once completed, you can continue with applying for your commercial building permit. Fill out the required fields.
