To improve the quality of life by preserving the peace and safety of the community through the formation of partnership; creating positive interaction between the public and police while continuing to serve the unique needs of the Heber community.


The Heber City Police Department's goal is to be the most professional and capable police department in the State of Utah.

Do not call 911 for road conditions, weather conditions, for civil complaints or non-emergencies. An emergency, for example, is an accident, a death, a medical event, a crime against a person or any crime that is taking place at the time.

Kids Academy 2019

Kids can jump in alongside Heber City Police officers in learning about police work at this fun, FREE event. Kids ages 10 to 14 are eligible to attend. The event is scheduled for June 12th, 2019.  Officers will guide academy participants in gun safety, animal safety, physical fitness, evidence collection, and touring police vehicles.
