The Heber City Police Department offers fingerprinting services Tuesday thru Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. It takes 20 -30 minutes to process fingerprints. We accept all walk-in customers but to ensure your fingerprinting experience is handled as quickly and efficiently as possible; we encourage you to make an appointment for your visit. Call 435-654-3040 to make an appointment today. Any organization with more than two individuals to be fingerprinted will need to schedule an appointment.
($35.00 per person: cash, check, or credit card is accepted) A 3% service fee is applicable to credit card transactions.
Government issued picture identification that is valid (not expired) with the individual’s name, date of birth, signature or fingerprint is required to ensure proper identification.
Individuals needing LIVE SCAN Fingerprints that will be submitted electronically must bring a Live Scan Fingerprinting Authorization Form. This form must include a billing code and a statutory reason for fingerprinting.
For your protection, masks are recommended when being fingerprinted at Heber City Police Department.
Fingerprinting Services (Non-criminal fingerprints only. Heber City Police Department cannot provide criminal or court-ordered fingerprinting services.)
A face covering or mask is recommended for anyone being fingerprinted. You will be required to wash your hands before being fingerprinted. Please do not schedule an appointment or come in for fingerprinting services if you have had any of the following symptoms within the past 24 hours:
- Fever or Feeling Feverish (chills, sweating, etc.)
- Shortness of Breath
- Sore Throat
- Loss of Taste or Smell
Only the person being fingerprinted is allowed in the fingerprint room. Exceptions will be made for interpreters or individuals requiring physical assistance.
