Notice is hereby given that the Heber City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the Heber City Office Building, 75 North Main Street, South door, in the Council Chambers upstairs, to consider the following:
• Public Hearing to consider amendment of the Heber City Zoning Map for approximately 23 acres of property from Planned Community Zone (PC) to Mixed Use Residential Commercial Zone (MURCZ), approximately 5.46 acres of property from C-2 Commercial Zone to Mixed Use Residential Commercial Zone (MURCZ), and approximately 1.36 acres of property from RA-2 Residential Agricultural Zone to Mixed Use Residential Commercial Zone (MURCZ); and to consider amendment of the Land Use Map of the Heber City General Plan for approximately 23 acres of property from Planning Community (PC) to Mixed Use, approximately 1.36 acres of property from Low Density Residential to Mixed Use, approximately 0.55 acres of property from Institutional to Mixed Use, and approximately 0.35 acres of property from Highway Commercial to Mixed Use, located at approximately 1000 North Main Street (Highway 40)
