Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that the Heber City Council will hold a Public Hearing on December 1, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. to hear comments for or against an Ordinance which would consider the Highlands annexation petition. The petition was accepted by the City Council for study on January 7, 2020. The property is located approximately at the intersection of Commons Boulevard and East of Highway 40, consisting of 142.57 acres. The Hearing will be held in the Heber City Municipal Building located at 75 North Main Street. . The Hearing can be accessed virtually through the City’s website: https://www.heberut.gov/256/Agendas-and-Minutes. Public comment is welcome and can be emailed to CCPublic@heberut.gov or submitted through the City website by selecting the “Agendas and Minutes” tab and selecting the eComment option for the associated meeting.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, those persons needing special accommodations, including special audio hearing assistance receivers or who are non-English speaking, should contact Trina Cooke at 435-657-7886 at least twenty-four hours prior to the meeting.
