Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that the Heber City Council will hold a Public Hearing on January 5, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. This will be the fourth public hearing to hear public comments for or against the proposed North Village Overlay Zone. Due to the current Wasatch County high transmission index of COVID-19, the hearing will be held virtually and can be accessed through the City’s website: https://www.heberut.gov/256/Agendas-and-Minutes. Public comment is welcome and can be emailed to CCPublic@heberut.gov or submitted through the City website by clicking on the eComment option for the associated meeting. The public will have the opportunity to speak at the meeting during the public hearing by activating the camera of the digital device being used and raising a hand.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, those persons needing special accommodations, including those who are non-English speaking, should contact the Heber City Recorder’s office at 435-657-7886 at least twenty-four hours prior to the meeting.
