Ordinance Adoption
During the regular meeting of December 15, 2020, the Heber City Council adopted Ordinance Numbers 2020-51 and 2020-52. Ordinance 2020-51 adopted the City Council annual meeting schedule for the year 2021 as follows:
January 5 & 19 July 6 & 20
February 2 & 16 August 3 & 17
March 2 & 16 September 7 & 21
April 6 & 20 October 5 & 19
May 4 & 18 November 16
June 8 & 22 December 7
Meetings are held the first and third Tuesday of each month and begin at 6:00 p.m. Voting Aye: Council Members Franco, Hardman, Johnston, Kahler, and Stack. The motion passed unanimously. Ordinance 2020-51 amended section 2.47 of the Heber City Code to include trees on the Open Space and Trails Committee, now the Open Space, Trails, and Trees Committee. Voting Aye: Council Members Franco, Hardman, Johnston, Kahler, and Stack. The motion passed unanimously.
