Ordinance Adoption
During the Regular City Council Meeting of February 16, 2021, the Council adopted Ordinance Numbers 2020-46 and 2021-10. Ordinance 2020-46 amended the Consolidated Fee Schedule to increase the impact fees collected to be applied towards parks, recreation, open space, and trails. Voting Aye: Council Members Franco, Hardman, Johnston, and Kahler. Council Member Stack was excused from the meeting. The motion passed 4-0. Ordinance 2021-10 amended chapter 13.60 of the Heber City Municipal Code: Fats, Oils, Grease and Sand Management Program. Voting Aye: Council Members Franco, Hardman, Johnston, and Kahler. Council Member Stack was excused from the meeting. The motion passed 4-0.
