A Referendum Petition Application has been delivered to the Heber City Recorder. The referendum requests that Ordinance 2020-42, Revising the North Village Overlay Zone (NVOZ), and approved during the Heber City Council Meeting March 23, 2021, be referred to the voters for approval or rejection in the upcoming 2021 election.
