Ordinance Adoption
During the City Council Meeting of November 16, 2021, the Heber City Council adopted Ordinance Number 2021-37. Ordinance 2021-37 amended the Moderate Income Housing Plan for Heber City. Voting Aye: Council Members Franco, Hardman, Johnston, Kahler, and Stack.. The motion passed unanimously.
