Ordinance Adoption
During the Heber City Council Meeting of April 19, 2022, the Heber City Council adopted Ordinance Numbers 2022-07, 2022-08, and 2022-11. Ordinance 2022-07 amended Title 5 of the Heber City Code to allow the operation of a beer garden at the Heber Market on Main. Voting Aye: Council Members Barney, Johnston, Kahler, and Phillips. Council Member Stack was absent. The motion passed four to zero. Ordinance 2022-08 adopted an updated wage scale for City employees. Voting Aye: Council Members Barney, Johnston, Kahler, and Phillips. Council Member Stack was absent. The motion passed four to zero. Ordinance 2022-11 approved updates to the Heber City Standard Specifications and Drawings. Voting Aye: Council Members Barney, Johnston, Kahler, and Phillips. Council Member Stack was absent. The motion passed four to zero.
