Ordinance Adoption
Notice is hereby given during the Regular City Council Meeting held on June 21, 2022, the Heber City Council adopted Ordinance 2022-13 and Ordinance 2022-16. Ordinance 2022-13 amended section 109 of the C-3 design standards, 109 of the C-2 and C-4 design standards, 18.42.060 furnishings and common area, 18.68.075 shipping containers, and adopting sections 18.68.606 temporary uses and structures and 18.108.120 shipping containers in commercial and mixed-use zones in the Heber City Municipal Code. Voting Aye: Council Members Barney, Johnston, Kahler, and Phillips. Voting Nay: Council Member Stack. The motion passed 4-1. Ordinance 2022-16 approved a development agreement for a four-plex project located at 242 South 100 West. Voting Aye: Council Members Barney, Johnston, Kahler, and Stack. Council Member Phillips abstained from voting. The motion passed 4-0.
