Ordinance Adoptions
Notice is hereby given that, during the Regular City Council Meeting held September 6, 2022, the Heber City Council adopted Ordinance 2022-21 and Ordinance 2022-22. Ordinance 2022-21 updated the City’s Moderate Income Housing Plan. Voting Aye: Council Members Barney, Johnston, Kahler, Phillips, and Stack. The motion passed unanimously 5-0. Ordinance 2022-22 amended the Parks, Trails, and Open Space Master Plan as well as updated the acronym for the Open Space, Trails, Parks, and Trees Committee from OSTPT to POSTT. Voting Aye: Council Members Barney, Johnston, Kahler, Phillips, and Stack. The motion passed unanimously 5-0.
